“On a scale of 1-10; I'd give them a 20! 1 day turn around from call to service. We were in a panic situation and needed immediate help at my dads (age 93) house. He had no toilets or showers working. All backed up in basement from main sewer line at house. Jim the owner was fantastic. Understanding of ailing father and the situation. Efficient, knowledgeable, explained what they were doing. Jim, answered any of my questions and I asked alot!. Had camera and all necessary equipment on hand for the job to find block/cracked pipe and partial pipe gasket connection default. Got line cleared and explained where the problem using sewer camera and next steps. Cleaned up everything from their work. Gave a military discount to my 93 year dad a WWII Marine Vet. “Can't say enough good things about Doug and Royal Flush! We had three issues we needed help with- the water flow from our kitchen sink was inconsistent, the spigot in our back yard was leaking and we needed a ball stopper in one of our bathroom sinks replaced. Doug and Anthony were on time and able to fix the first two issues pretty quickly- and DID NOT CHARGE US! It's rare these days to find a plumber who will come out to look at something and not charge a diagnostic fee, let alone not charging anything for a fix; even if it's a simple one. They were then able to replace the stopper in the bathroom sink at a very fair price. Doug also told me if we run into any other issues or have questions we can FaceTime him with the problem and he'll offer his thoughts on what the issue might be- also free of charge. Doug is a true diamond in the rough and we can't recommend his company enough!”

“I highly recommend skipping the hassel of calling any other company. Their work is reasonably priced (definately on the lower priced spectrum) & warrantied, their guys do the work correctly the first time, and they are knowledgeable and professional. As an added bonus, their crew are all military. Let me tell you what happens when you don't call Plumbing Solutions FIRST! We mistakenly used Manny's Quality Plumbing for an issue we had at the office. The building has three units, so the public facilities are of heavy use. After paying Manny's $350 to snake the toilet, they then told us they needed to replace it at a cost of $850. Our buildings owner disagreed with them replacing the toilet with a Glacier Bay ($98 home depot special), due to its high commercial use, but they insisted that it was a good choice. A month later the toilet continued to back up. Manny's came back out twice more at a cost of $238 with a quote of another $700 to replace the toilet with a "wide mouth" version (doesn't exhist). In the end, their solution was for us to pay a total of $2,138 for a simple toilet replacement. Having this same work done with Plumbing Solutions was less than 25% of the cost of Manny's, with a commercial quality toilet, and done right the first time! Thank You Plumbing Solutions!”

I placed the service order with 2-10 at 2130 on Thursday. At 0800 on Friday Nicole called me. She was polite, professional, and accommodating. I was able to have a technician out that day. The gentleman who came correctly identified and repaired my broken bathtub drain, that was in the second floor bath. The leak caused damage to the ceiling and wall below. He was thoughtful enough to contact a different company that evaluates the extent of water damage. Because he contacted them promptly, a technician came out that same day, at no charge, and offered particle and helpful advice. I will contact elite plumbing for help even after my home warranty contract has expired.”
