“I spoke with Eric to schedule a time and he dispatched Brandon out to my home. I had a leak in my water tank. I called multiple other plumbers, some didn't accept credit cards, some couldn't see me until next week, and some were way over priced. Brandon called me and gave me a heads up on his estimated time of arrival. Then he called me again to explain the delays due to the flash flooding in the area. Then he gave me another call just to make sure I knew he was on his way. He showed up, was professional, cool guy. And even better he was quick! Cleaned up afterwards, and during the install communicated with me on what he was doing and what happened. He also provided me quotes for other things I may need in the future. He I stalled a Bradford tank. These are known as top of the like in terms of quality. I originally had a Ruud it was 25 years old. I was lucky it lasted this long. Bonus info... They support our public safety brothers and sisters. Police and fire fighters discount. I believe they give military also. It was sweet to receive that as a thanks for my service. I highly recommend Fortified Plumbing. Not only did they provide quality service and pricing they were the quickest to get my situation resolved compared to half a dozen other plumbers in the area. “To fix a recurring flooding problem with our backyard patio, Troy Kelius dug a 200-foot-long trench from the patio to the front street and installed in it a catch basin and perfectly pitched 4-inch PVC pipe to carry away excess rain water via gravity. To minimize lawn damage, Troy used relatively light machinery and even hand tools. The clean up was thorough and complete, including a generous amount of grass seed and straw on the lawn "scar." He did all this himself in less than 3 days and at a price more than reasonable. Not only is Troy amazingly competent, thoroughly professional, and unquestionably honest, he is also a very nice person: always prepared to listen, willing to explain, and just a pleasure to talk with. We cannot recommend Troy Kelius highly enough.”

“When I called Conan’s Drain Cleaning, he was able to come over the same day to unclog our kitchen sink. His work was very efficient and thorough, and the drain was cleaned out in no time. “We had a hot water heater leak in the garage and requested three estimates. Mulhearn plumbing provided the best price and expertise for our needs and we are very happy with their work. In addition, they were local to our area and were familiar with the configuration of our system. This ended up saving us a lot of time and money as they suggested that we could peek into the platform that the water heater sat on through the adjacent furnace to assess the scope of the leak. Other plumbers outside the area wanted a separate restoration company to come to make that assessment, all the while the water heater was dripping away. They came on the day we requested and we had hot water again with no leaks within 2 and a half hours. We will definitely come back to them for any future plumbing needs.”
