“Not only are the grounds and the general community beautifully and aesthetically pleasing. The staff is helpful, understanding, and always willing to make you feel like a guest and not a “tenant”. It’s just fascinating to me because they have really created resort style living in such a personal manner. Even the people who live here have created a sense of community with community events. San Milan management team has made a very safe community and they continually keep up on upgrades both with the continued beautification of the landscape as well as upgrades to the general public facilities within the community! I just resigned my lease and I could not be more pleased with the service the community and the environment!!!”

Most places there was a lack of communication but with Emma communication was great. It was a seamless process. I called and let them know what day I’ll be there. My keys were ready. My apartment was ready. I had an issue with the AC the first day it was fixed the second day. . It’s really quiet for an apartment complex, which I love and it’s a beautiful site.
