“Landmark at Auburn lakes has been our home for 2 years. Our experience has been a positive one! The office staff is always so welcoming , and are quick to help with any issues you might have. Some examples: helping with an air vent filter, a bandaid for my young kiddo, helping me find a lost package, or even needing a document printed, they have always been so wonderful and go above and beyond!! ❤️ The maintenance guys are quick and efficient and always a friendly presence. The amenities of the gym and pool are so great especially for families. I've enjoyed meeting neighbors and feeling like I'm among a good and safe community. I have seen the theift, but over the last 6+ months it's been non existent. They work really hard to be proactive with it , and communicate with all tenants. It's important to understand there is only so much they are able to do in those situations, and theift occurs every where. There is a yard keeper who makes sure the grass is clean and picked up, and they stay in top of watering, mowing and blowing entryways. They also have pest control, which I think Is a huge plus living in Texas! I almost forgot to mention !! The interiors are beautiful!! I love the white and grey color scheme in the kitchen. The bathtubs are incredible and so huge! The ceilings are high so they are especially nice for large decorations or big Christmas trees. The AC is powerful for the Texas heat. Overall I am so happy with our experience here! ❤️ And are looking forward to another lease renewal! ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐”

“Angelo did a wonderful job planning our Disney vacation for my husband's 30th birthday. We wanted to feel like kids again and we did, except this time very pampered and spoiled kids :) We stayed on property with a deluxe dining plan and Angelo was kind enough to make all the reservations for us for the entire trip. He planned which days we would be at which park after doing research on what hours each park would be open each day, and he also made our fast pass reservations for us. This was the least amount of work I have ever had to do when planning a trip and my husband and I are both truly grateful to Angelo for his hard work and excellent service. He was very attentive and accessible by both phone and email. He even got in touch with me on our first day to make sure everything went smoothly. I highly recommend Wishes Come True Travel. We will absolutely be using Wishes Come True Travel again for our future travels to Disney and beyond.”

“I lived in Pinebrook Apartments for 18 months and it was one of the best places I stayed at ! I love the area, it is super quiet, peaceful and safe. The complex is as well. Most people living there are either professionals or small size families. No one bothers anyone, you hardly see your neighbors ever. My apartment was so beautiful and clean. All my appliances were fairly new. I hardly required maintenance done. My apartment was in the heart of the complex, so I never had to deal with street noise, if any, or hot summer days. You have an assigned parking spot and ample street parking. Plenty of shopping stores within walking distance (cvs, Starbucks, lucky, gas stations, fast food, etc..) Never heard of crimes happening in the area (e.g. car break-ins, etc..) The management is amazing, everyone is super friendly and helpful. Claudia (manager) is easy going and very understanding. Zaid is extremely experienced, kind and supportive as well. I truly enjoyed living at Pinebrook apartments and would definitely recommend it.”

“Miss Shirley, as we call her, is a remarkable woman. She is a remarkable independent woman of her own class. We were having problems with our previous property manager, and speaking with a close friend she recommended Miss Shirley. We contacted her, explained our concerns, which she indeed they were valid. Before we committed, she asked for our investment property address, and went to have a look on her own time. We had long since moved out of state, and no real way if our ex property manager was being honest or not. She called us the next evening and informed us that our property was in a deplorable state, and only being to see the outside, with photos that the maintenance was not up to standards, we immediately fired the ex property manager. To our astonishing surprise the inside was uninhabitable. She gave us many options and choices on how to get our home rentable again. It was a heavy blow to our bank account, but with her honesty, integrity and going well above the call of duty, along with help from her son Shawn we made the best of a horrible situation. We will never forget our Miss Shirley!”

“We were very nervous about building. The first time we walked into the model home, we both knew these people would be our builders. The sales staff was amazing. Thank you Garrett and Stephanie. We have now been in a year and it is truly our dream home. After closing they have been so responsive. Thank you Rod and Daryl! We did not have many issues but I felt like we were in the best hands. Some things we did not agree on like the stove. The grading in the backyard needed a lot of work. When the vent leaked they were out the next day. I highly recommend this builder. “I have lived at Sterling Lake Apartments for almost 9 years now. The staff and management are very friendly and helpful. I have lived in apartments for 30 years of my life and know the atmosphere well and this is the best place I have lived in that entire time. The maintenance crew is also very good and whenever I have needed something fixed, they were always there in a very timely manner and completed the job in a quality manner. I like what they have done with the pool area to make it comfortable and appealing for everyone, as well as the recent changes to the club house. The apartments are very nice and like the size of the living room and the bedroom is very large as well as the bedroom closets. I have never had any issues with the neighbors and the landscaping is kept up very well. I would definitely recommend this apt complex!!!”
