“After church today we set to look for an establishment that was open. Being that it was Christmas we had our work cut out for us. We drove for a few miles and saw an open sign so we walked in. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with smiling faces and a Merry Christmas! The location was busy with other patrons (regulars). We were seated drinks and menus came quickly! The service staff was great! Smiles, smiles, and more smiles! The food came out piping HOT! It was delicious! Let’s just say we may have found a spot for our after church brunch! She took a long time to give us the bill even though there were very few tables and 3 waiters. Overall good experience though, would be five stars without the passive aggressive waitress and bigger sharing portions (tiny steak for €64). As a Waiter myself in London, 4 waiters would manage 60 tables in a busy Michelin Guide Restaurant (Bancone). “This restaurant does not have tap to pay so bring cash or a physical card. I had Oolong tea, shrimp toast, and special Pho. I asked for fish sauce and chili oil also. The tea was great perfect temperature and flavor. The shrimp toast was disappointing. It looked burnt but didn’t really taste burnt so I didn’t return it. It may the oil it’s cooked in. It was also very greasy. You could see the oil ooze when it was cut. (See video & empty plate). The Pho was pretty good. I was pleasantly surprised because I don’t usually like darker broth.”

The bartender was friendly and recommended a couple beverages we've never had before. The food was outstanding. Burgers are made fresh daily and never frozen. Every thing was delicious, the chicken covered with a sheet of prosciutto and cheese with a balsamic glaze was tender, juicy, and flavorful. Asparagus was cooked just right, sweet potato fries didn't need anything extra. Can't wait to go back again and support Prudy's awesome little restaurant. Was the best food I have had in long time.”
