“Great experience! I would recommend this train activity! There is a wagon where you can be outside. The breakfast was good! 2 things. We waited outside for quite a bit. It was pretty hot! It’s kind of random but if you are in a wagon with noisy people, well, you will be stuck with noisy people for the duration of all the trip. Most of waiters are welcoming like a jail door. I still put 5 stars but I don’t think they were nice. (For most of them.) The company cannot do much about it, I know. I love their store!!!”

“Easy connection via tram from the terminal. Open and airy with all the counters easy to access. Then its an escalator ride to the level where the cars are. Most of these are under cover, so your car is not super hot if you get it in the summer time.”

“I was able to ride two buses yesterday, and they were two very different experiences. The first trip I went on was bus 604. The driver was very pleasant and personable. She new all of her regulars and routinely asked about their families. Her bus was clean and her driving smooth, it was over all a very nice ride. The second trip I took was with bus number 612. This lady was rude, through and through. I greeted her when I stepped on the bus and she just stared at me, when another rider asked her a question she looked at her like she was stupid for asking it, and when I departed I told her to have a nice day - she just 'mmhmmed'. I understand people have bad days or whatever her reason may be but come on!”

“Normally I have good experiences when taking Welland transit however, the last two days the bus driver has conveniently missed my stop even after making full-blown eye contact with them as I pull the cord. I take the bus 4 times a week and never happened before. The same driver gave me a hard time with boarding with a regional transfer and INSISTED I throw it out despite it being my last bus home. Seriously hoping this stops happening. Minor inconveniences and experiences accumulate and the transit should already be free for everyone. I pay too much to have to walk even further because I'm being ignored.”

“Lisle station is a commuter railroad station along Metra's BNSF Line in Lisle, Illinois. The station is at 1000 Front Street, 24.4 miles (39.3 km) from Union Station, the east end of the line. As of 2018, Lisle is the 10th busiest of Metra's 236 non-downtown stations, with an average of 1,895 weekday boardings. It is near the Village Hall on Burlington Avenue and the St. Joan of Arc School. Parking for the station is also available near these locations, as well as further east near St. Joseph Creek Road and as far north as Ogden Avenue. Amtrak trains pass through the station but do not stop. Lisle station was originally built by the Chicago, Burlington and Quincy Railroad in 1864. A fire destroyed the first railroad depot, but it was rebuilt in 1874 by the CB&Q. Currently, the station has a much more contemporary appearance, and even contains a pedestrian tunnel.”

The historical brick building of this location drives the imagination of times past. What it must have been like in the early days. Scenes of western movies start to form as trains approach. Old railway meets modern railway at this luxuriant location. The view of the bridge and bluffs only get one to engage in such beauty!”

“Earlier this morning, I caught the 118am train from Rye, the power tripping conductor had the sack to usher me to where I was to sit! I relocated within seconds, no-one puts me in the corner! To his dismay, he returned to see that I had moved from my “assigned” seating. I hope this type of conduct is not a glimpse of future behavior towards passengers!!!”
