“Stayed at Noon Lodge in August 2022. Instantly fell in love with the lodge the moment we parked. I wanted to leave this review to thank Jesus the Manager of the property for making our stay perfect. He was very sweet and accommodating, working hard to make everyone's stay perfect. One item we were hoping for was the lake access from the property. Unfortunately there is no water at the dock on the property, the lake levels have been low. Looks to have water at the dock in the winter and early spring. The grounds are beautiful and very well kept. The fire pits are turned on every evening right before sunset with plenty of seating for all guests. There is music playing on the property until 10pm that adds to the ambiance. Quiet time begins at 10pm and fires are turned off. The pool is cleaned daily and kept at a refreshing temperature although there is no spa. There are two bikes that can be used. The rooms are very cute and clean. The bed is a firm queen size with four pillows. I prefer a softer bed so I did toss and turn but this is personal preference. There is no AC in the rooms, they do provide a fan. This was not an issue for us as the evening temperatures were in the low 50s. Our room did have a fire place, some rooms did not. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook a dinner. One con we had was the shower was very small with low water pressure. Overall our stay was awesome! We are looking forward to returning! Thank you Jesus for making our new favorite lodge in Big Bear perfect!”

We discovered the historical town of Cynthiana and learned about all their unique places with the town theatre's Ghost Tour! Everything was great there, it felt like I was in a Hallmark movie and I never wanted to leave. “Long story short, we lost our camper on the way out to Ohio and needed an emergency camper to stay in at our final destination. We called Adventure, on the recommendation of a friend, and I am pretty sure he had the last camper to rent in the entire state of Ohio. He saved our trip!!!! We had the 2018 Keystone Passport 217EXP. The great: 1) Many many nice items are included in the camper like Ice maker, Keurig, bug spray, bug candles, extra-large fan and items you would never remember to bring.!!! 2) Entire camper was very very clean. 3) Bedding was also very clean 4) The only setup I did was put the key in the door to unlock the unit. All setup was done prior. (yes there was a fee for this, but worth it.) 5) Air con did the job 6) Did have to make a small adjustment on fridge, but after that perfect. 7) Tear down was done by Adventure. 8) Others at the campground also used Adventure and had same experience. If Adventure was not there to save the trip we would have probably had to turn around and head back home.”

“Rhonda was an absolute pleasure to work with! Planning a destination wedding can be really stressful but Rhonda helped guide us through the process. She helped us decide what resort to have our wedding at and was our liaison communicating with the resort on our behalf. She got us a room block, booked rooms, booked flights, and provided travel info to our 40+ guests. She even helped our family members who got stuck at the resort when they tested positive for covid and had to stay an extra 5 days. Her attention to detail and just being great at what she does meant that I could worry less about coordinating travel arrangements and spend more time planning our wedding. “We had such an awesome whitewater experience with Tahoe Whitewater Tours. We went on the Truckee River in mid August, as it was my first time, and it was a good mix of relaxing, swimming in the river at a few swimming holes and experimenting really fun rapids. It was very well organized and all the guides were fun, especially Skylar, as he made learning about the sport fun and easy to remember. Our raft guide was Izzy and she was so knowledgeable, calm and helped guide us through some tough areas and tough situations. She was funny and confident. The photographer, Chris was so awesome. They offer a thumb drive with photos and I highly recommend getting this, as you will get photos throughout your trip on a thumb drive by the end of the trip. I was very impressed how quickly he captured all the moments on the camera, organized them and got them on a thumb drive, all in time for us to take home. I highly recommend the Truckee River with Tahoe Whitewater Tours, for first timers and children, and other rivers for more experienced individuals. In planning, he gives great advice based on years of experience. He’s great at finding the best deals and he’s second to none in personal service. He is with you literally every step of the way because he CARES. He is always on top of the slightest little change in flight times or delays, emailing me the changes once he gets them. And he’s quick to be on the phone to resolve any type of hiccup that could possibly arise. Even in a recent travel situation where our cruise ship left a group of us in San Juan due to an emergency at the North Carolina airport that caused an extreme delay, David was immediately on the emergency line with the cruise ship as well as booking us our room for that night and the earliest possible flight the next morning so we could connect with our cruise ship at the first port as quickly as possible. We met the ship at 11:00 the next morning only missing a few waking hours of our 7 day cruise, and were happily on our way to enjoy the rest of our cruise. He was always calm, constantly in contact with updates and options, always reassuring us, always working on our behalf, and making what could be explained as stressful, as extremely pleasant under the circumstances. In all of our other travels, everything has gone completely smoothly and he still offers that same incredible level of service and dedication to excellence. As far as travel agents go....he goes above and beyond....and over the years, he has become a very dear friend.”

“I booked this vacation home for a long weekend on VRBO and it was such a great location, large comfortable space, and an amazing view! Lance the property manager is very responsive and communicates very clearly upon checking in and checking out while being contactless. Included all appliances, 5 rooms with plenty of beds, 3 bathrooms, a huge Kitchen, balcony and a smart TV that you can connect to. I’m so happy I found this place, my group enjoyed our stay and I would definitely recommend this place and would love it come back. Parking is also really easy and safe.”

When we decided to stay an extra night she managed to set us up with another room. The room was great, loved being able to make our own breakfast with an amazing view of the beach from our deck. Would 100% come again! P.s this is right on the beach, no crossing the street and no need to go to public beach access.”
