“11-13-22 I've come to this zoo quite a bit over a 25-ish year period and the lions are either a fantastic exhibit or a complete letdown. They vary in numbers and activity level. They are more often than not lounging and definitely not on our schedule. But when they are up and moving, this is my favorite exhibit in the zoo. Africa side (obviously) with two viewing areas. Best times to see these cats is feeding time. They really are majestic and powerful creatures. Would recommend bringing binoculars if you them.”

“A truly tremendous experience I highly recommend. Guy and Ally were our guides and they love the animals. Also very knowledgeable. Rode the camels, seen a sloth, porcupine and others. And beautiful scenery like no other. Thanks again to the fine people of the camel ranch, had a great time.”

“My Russian Blue cat, Grimm, rapidly developed a very severe liver and kidney infection. Unfortunately, by the time we realized the existence & severity of the condition, it was too late. When we took Grimm to Tier 1, we were given the prognosis and the odds were very low that she would make a recovery. We loved her very much and did not want to drag out a process that wouldn’t likely succeed. So, we chose euthanasia. I have never had to go through the process before. Tier 1 vets explained the process, gave us a breakdown of costs, and allowed us to sit in the room with Grimm as long as we wanted in order to say our goodbyes. We never felt rushed, which was appreciated. We chose to stay with her during the process, which was painless. I’m glad we chose this option. She went out happy and pain free wrapped in a blanket in our arms, which was best. We miss her but are glad that she did not suffer. We chose to bury her under a tree with a good view on our property. The night we buried her, the Northern Lights came out for just 10 minutes. I like to think that was Grimm saying goodbye. We miss you, Grimm. ~Thank you to the whole team at Tier 1 who signed a sympathy card. That was very thoughtful.”

“It seemed like many of the things we use to have are gone. There are a few nice new buildings. There is no more feeding the goats. I feel like we lost a lot since I was last there. But, we had fun!”

“Sweetest park with a beautiful variety of animals! I've been coming here since I was young and have always loved the interactions. Goats, pigs, horses, deer, camels, peacocks, tigers, wallabies - you name it! This place has it all! I highly recommend this spot for families, friends, anyone that wants to be close to nature for a few hours. Easy to find the location, a gorgeous gift shop, and a mini golf course is right down the road ⛳”

“I can't say enough positive things about this place!! So informative, interactive and fun! These animals are taken such amazing care of and preserving each species is so important. They're doing a fantastic job! Great place for the entire family to visit. Reservations sell out so pick your date and time and go! You will not regret it. We even got to see a bear hanging out in a tree!”

“I was off on maternity leave this summer and knew a few moms getting memberships to safari Niagara so I figured I would give it a whirl, never having been before (I didn’t grow up in Niagara). Boy, was I pleasantly surprised. This place has everything a mom with littles could want/need, it is so well thought out. There are at least 3 parks, some rides, bouncy/high ropes area, and a splash pad— not to mention all the animals! It is walkable and great if you’re wanting to get a bit of exercise and keep the kids entertained the whole time. Bathrooms are well placed throughout with portable stalls in areas without washrooms. They have a lot of the staple animals you would expect at a zoo and the animals look happy and well cared for. I have a 2 year old and 9 month old and the 2 year old is at the perfect age to start enjoying some of the bigger parks and attractions, and there is lots for older school age kids as well. Also, if you are tired at end of day or want a guided audio tour there is a gator pulled tram that goes around the entire park which you can hope on. The staff have helped me many times to help me get my stroller on it too. It is busier on weekends but still nice to go. Finally, you can bring food into the park which is great for littles who need snacks 24/7! This has been my summer go-to!”

“Fantastic wildlife area to visit and it is well managed. Hunting here is great and so is the fishing. If you are just a wildlife viewer this place can provide some great opportunities for you as well.”

“This place is really neat and full of great animals. As a mother to a small child it can be hard to go places, so it was nice to go somewhere so family oriented. We were able to take the time to see and learn about everything. The tour guide was full of information and I learned so much about animals I had never had the chance to see before or get that close to! This place was easy to want to support and come back to visit again!”

“Amazing! I shopped around for the best petting zoo that had the best price and offered the most animals possible as my son is a huge animal lover and our theme was SAFARI. I’m glad I went with barnyard on wheels, they set up in our front yard and all their animals were so clean and fat and friendly. Even the Staff was great too! Tammy and Alex were so professional and explained the different types of the animals to our little guests. It went perfectly. I’ll see them next year for our barnyard themed party, I’m already planning it ;)”

“This is an amazing stop if you are in the area! My wife and I visited on a weekend trip and got the VIP package, we got to hold and pet some amazing exotic animals and even feed a few! All the animals seemed quite healthy and happy 😊 The price was reasonable and we stayed for a few hours, they also have cabana rentals that overlook the animals! All in all a great example of a private park.”

“Our little one is 9 months old and loves all animals and while we love the zoo this is an even better experience to be able to love on the animals. She loved the donkeys and the goats. Colorado gets cold! But this is inside so it’s the perfect place to bring your little ones (but it was so much fun for me too!) fun for the whole family. Michael gave us the best animal interactions and was full of fun facts. Oh! A bug a food cup so you can feed them!”

“This is an excellent place for riding off-road dirt bikes and atvs only. It's 2600 acres of fun filled trails, with lots of sand and some old mine pits that have some technical hills. This is one of my favorite places to ride, and i have been riding in 14 states. There are a couple of beginner areas for kids. The campground has water with 30/50 amp. Also, bath house and a dump station. Dogs are Not Allowed. It's well managed with friendly rangers that have responded quickly to any issues. I have been coming to this place for over 50 years, and I always have a great time.”

“Went out last night with my kids and husband. It was an amazing fun experience! Chuck(owner) is very nice! Playing at night gives a fun new challenge to the game. The baskets are perfectly lit for you to see in the dark. The upkeep is great for his intention of you playing at night in the dark. Amazing creative course.”

“One of our favorite experiences! My husband and I drove over 4 hours from Pennsylvania to visit and it far exceeded our expectations! We did two tours over two days: The Sundowner Safari and the Zoo Adventure tour. Both tours were fantastic! The Sundowner Safari Tour was a perfect BYOB date night where we got to meet the animals in a relaxed, adults-only atmosphere. The Zoo Adventure tour is best suited for children, but still absolutely enjoyable for family members of all ages as there are many opportunities to pet and feed the animals. Although the main reason for visiting was to meet Cassie the Sand Cat, (my absolute favorite animal!) I was able to find something to love in each animal there. Quality over quantity is definitely the mission, because by the end of the tour, you'll know every individual animal's name and story. I didn't know much about cape porcupines before our tour, but I was so pleasantly surprised to meet Acacia, who has such a beautiful personality and is so friendly! I even bought a shed quill as a souvenir! Amanda and Brian are incredible people. Their passion for the animals is evident in everything that they do, and they have an amazing story to tell. You can tell that these animals are well-loved by them. My favorite part of Wild Hearts is that their passion for conservation is so evident in everything that they do. They have a holistic approach to conservation that is community based, both at the farm here and in their outreach work in Africa. I'm so excited to hear about their upcoming expansion and I'll be so excited to see the amazing things that they do as Wild Hearts grows!”

“It is a very nice place, I really liked it and my daughter was excited about the animals. Although we couldn't see some of them due perhaps to the cold weather, we still enjoyed it. The giraffes are excellent... it is a little big so we walked around it for about 3 hours. everything went pretty well! I would definitely go again.”

“Our tour guide was JJ and she did a phenomenal job talking about all the different kinds of animals and fun facts about them. We went into this blind (knew little to nothing about what to expect) and all had a good time. Best part was definitely getting to feed the animals: water buffalo, llamas, lemurs, and a few others. The t-shirts in the gift shop were a little pricey (+$40) but they have some other more affordable goodies. Overall a good experience and would recommend if you enjoy animals. P.S. beware the ostriches”

“Our family loved our trip to nomads. I expressed that I don’t tolerate heat well, and they had a gift shop with air conditioning that you can take breaks in and were very mindful. We purposefully planned a day that wasn’t supposed to be too hot. Matt was our guide and my husband and daughter’s really enjoyed all of his animal knowledge and the experience of getting to hold these animals. You can tell the animals are well taken care of and are very use to be handled by people. Would definitely recommend.”

“Air Ponies is AMAZING. The animals are beautiful, well kept, and loved. We requested the unicorn pony for my daughters 6th birthday and it was a HUGE hit. All her little friends loved the pony rides, and the parents were just as excited. The pony was decorated beautifully and really did just look so majestic. it was stunning. Lucy and Josh are so good with kids and so easy to communicate with. I would 10/10 recommend them for your next event, you won’t regret it.”

“If you really want to see not just some big Florida gators, but tons of other wildlife as well, this place is amazing! Doing the walk through safari will get you up close to so many, like massive venomous snakes, capybara, sloths, birds, raccoons and similar species from all over the world... its just a great time. The sloth even had a baby clinging to her which you can see in my picture! The drive through safari is also quite amazing for the amount of different animals and the size of the safari itself as well. I personally really liked that the biggest gator they have controls whether or not he will perform and they do not try to force him when he isn't in the mood. Great place and great people working there!”

“Wednesday visit during spring break. 10min wait to get in park, a little crowded on the walkways with visitors & strollers. Arrived at 1015 in time to feed the giraffe. giraffe care taker was patient & answered all the questions about the giraffe. Spent 2 hours at the zoo. It’s small but good size for the price. The kids loved it. It’s well maintained & although they get crowded we love the bridge walkway.”

“The Wild is a great place to see a large variety of animals as well as feed some. They have all the large Cats and two types of Bears. Giraffes and penguins, too. You can pay more for one on one experiences with some animals, not the dangerous ones. There are places to eat, pan for gems or fossils, feed Giraffes, or close yourself in a house full of colorful little hungry parakeets with a seed stick (my personal nightmare) and three bounce houses (decent sized under a roof with an arcade). The Wild has improved and grown itself over the years into a wonderful place to bring family friends and children for a few hours or all day and if you have children should be on your summer to do list.”

“Great zoo in terms of animals! We came on thanksgiving day and it was a beautiful day and not too crowded. Weather was nice and cool and it felt like being in an air conditioned zoo! I would easily give this 5 stars if they charged a little bit less. I go to a lot of zoos and this was one of the more expensive zoos I’ve been to, it was around $107 for me and my wife and my 4 year old daughter. On top of this, if you want to do a bus shuttle thing, it’s an extra $6 a person to do it. There were these cool scooter things, and those were $5 plus around $0.35/minute. We also felt weird seeing camel rides at a zoo. Again that costs more money, but seems weird to subject camels to being ridden at a zoo for money. Staff were nice and facilities were nice! Just seems like they could improve a few things.”

“Very natural, trees in all kinds of conditions. You might have to walk through some brush to get into the woods with minimal undergrowth. Big enough to walk for an afternoon. Water level was low. Trash thrown around in popular hunting and fishing spots”
