“Dr. Donop had been our doctor and with him retiring, Dr. Sarah is now helping us with our 14 year old that was just diagnosed with a heart murmur. No matter the doctor, the staff and the doctors all have been great. Friendly, involved and relatable. All down to earth and amazing knowledge and care. This is a place filled with happy employees and an overall great vibe. If you need more advanced care this is the place. I'm sure there's other care available too, but we go for specialty reasons. You can't go wrong. Highly recommend.”

“Came here for the vaccine clinic on Saturday. Prices were reasonable and they were decently quick. I was a bit surprised that they gave the shots right in front of you in the exam room instead of taking my dog to the back, but it went ok and I at least knew where the shots were administered. Took away 1 star because the front desk staff was ok, but they weren't the friendliest. When I came in, I wasn't greeted and was just kinda looked at until I stated why I was there.”

“Saturday 9/2 was our first visit and it went great. My Baby was calm and relaxed. Something that is rare of her because she usually gets so nervous. I am so happy I chose Elyson as our new vet. Dr. Bethany did a fantastic job checking Chloe and she made both of us feel welcome and in good hands. I really liked how they have calm music playing in the background as this definitely helps with anxiety in pets. “I have used this hospital for over 15 years and Dr. Ali has seen many of my pets several since they were babies. We have used them for our wellness visits and emergencies, as he did everything from surgeries to vaccines. He was very low-cost, very knowledgeable, and a great person. We have loved him and his nurse Cindy for a very long time. He passed away yesterday and sadly his practice will fade with him. I cannot think of one other veterinary hospital that I trusted and used so much. I will miss Dr. Ali and his hospital very much.”

“As I’m sure is the case with many pet owners, putting our dog down was one of the most difficult things we’ve ever had to do, but the entire experience with Peaceful Passing was worth every cent. Being able to say goodbye to our family’s companion and grieve in the privacy of our living room - where he truly passed peacefully to the Rainbow Bridge - was a decision we’ll never regret. Dr. Jessica Laemmle was a real professional and brought a bedside manner that was both comforting to our dog and to us. I even asked her to check his vitals again after she had pronounced his passing - just to be sure he was really gone - and she did so without hesitation. She walked us through a few of his vitals, which gave us the surety we needed that our pups was truly at rest so we could feel confident once she had gone away with him. PP also partners with Furever Loved, a small, family-owned crematory that provided reassuring updates as we waited expectantly for pup’s final homecoming. They delivered him back in a very nice oakwood memory box, along with a good paw print, fur clipping, and a few other materials. He had clearly been handled with love & care the few weeks he was away from us. I highly recommend these services.”

Above all, the staff at Arbor Hills Animal Clinic is highly professional and caring. If you are looking for a new veterinarian, we highly recommend visiting and speaking to the staff to see if it is a good fit for you and your pet. We recently adopted a 5-month-old puppy and don't know much about her background. When she first came to us, she was very wary and especially reacted negatively toward my husband, perhaps due to abuse by her previous foster family. However, she has now settled down and accepted us as her pack. She even loves going on long walks with my husband. Our dog is also wonderful with our grandchildren, allowing the 1-year-old to take toys and food from her without hesitation. We appreciate the gentle approach of the staff during our dog's first visit. The doctor and technician took their time to get to know our dog by getting on the floor, talking to her, and giving her treats. Their approach was aimed at getting our dog to trust and enjoy going to the vet. We really appreciate their patience and approach because we want our dog to have a positive experience at the vet. In short, we are grateful for the excellent service and care provided by the staff at Arbor Hills Animal Clinic and we will definitely be back!”
