“Our 96 year old mother is approaching her first year anniversary of residing at Chartwell Kingsville Retirement Home after having lived in her own home. She is happy, comfortable and well-cared for. The Chartwell employees are not only kind and compassionate but often go above and beyond to treat our mom like she is their only concern. As family members we are often visiting and see first hand the high quality of care and attention given to not only our mom but to all the residents. The welcoming dining area provides a social atmosphere and a varied menu which is flexible given mom's tastes. The grounds are well tended with nice landscaping and a wide walkway path around the building. The facility is bright and clean and often nicely decorated for the season. Mom always enjoys the large foyer where there is a large fireplace, a grand piano and a fountain. As family members we are confident in knowing that she is not only happy at Chartwell Kingsville, but we also know that she has access to 24 hour nursing, a readily accessible emergency call necklace, portering services, and medication dispensing if she wanted. Chartwell is also more than happy to tailor a plan for any other specific needs mom might have. Any concerns or requests by our mom have always been dealt with promptly and efficiently. We have found all the staff (including the manager, head nurse, waitstaff, kitchen management, housekeeping, PSWs, and maintenance) to be approachable and willing to work with us for the best interests of our mom.”

“I have had the privilege of working with a variety of the Erie Shores staff over the last few years. I have been there for many different reasons ranging from sports injuries on my shoulder, ankles, and most recently my elbow. For my elbow, I worked with Mel who was welcoming and understanding, always working to improve my strength and never failing to stay up to date with how my softball team was doing! She was really enjoyable to work with and extremely helpful restoring my arm strength so that I could play on my team to full capacity. Back in 2020 I had a severe ankle injury which I worked with Heather on. After trying to strengthen and get function back, it wasn’t quite healing right. Instead of giving up on me, Heather referred me to a specialist in London where I got the proper surgery I needed. While doing rehab with Heather again after surgery, we had another milestone of my nerves being over sensitive. Heather did extra research for me to find out how she could help me. We finally found a medication and exercises that got me back to myself and functioning the best I had in a long time. Heather’s patience, kindness, understanding, and continuous efforts of never giving up even when I had given up on myself made such a positive impact on my life. Thank you for always staying with me and helping me get back to my life because I couldn’t have done it without you’re help. The entire Erie Shores team is definitely the most welcoming, personable, amazing team I have dealt!”

“Went in with elbow pain. Been suffering for over 2 months. Steve figured out what was causing the issue. My shoulder was the issue. Taped it and gave me a few exercises to help correct the issue. I had immediate relief and slept through the night with out pain for the first time in 2 months. Very happy to finally get back to normal. Thanks Steven nice operation very organized. They send you an email with a link to video clips for the rehab exercises with detailed instructions.”

“Brought my two kids (6 & 3) to see Dr Molzan for their check-ups and I cannot say enough about what a pleasant and fun visit he made it for my kids! He was an absolute delight, my kids left happy and excited about going to the eye dr's! My 3year old played eye dr at home for weeks after the visit. The staff was amazing, Beverly at the front desk helped me pick out an amazing pair of glasses for myself and my husband. All around just a pleasant visit, highly recommend!!”

Very polite and welcoming staff and I never had to wait to get in, even thought the waiting room is one of the best out there, with a fish tank that you could look at for quite a while.”
