“I visit VW a couple weeks ago in search of a new vehicle. Our salesman's name was Daniel and he was AMAZING. He was super kind and personable, made the entire experience really enjoyable. He really spent the time going over the information in the brochures and the details in the vehicles. He was really kind when checking in to see how the vehicle search was going. While I decided to not buy a vehicle at this time, I will definitely go back to VW when I am ready. “I cannot recommend this Dealership to get your vehicle serviced. The service experience was okay, at best. While I understand that technical issues can exist, they do not excuse that the information cannot be provided. The customer should be provided with options to help meet their requests. During my time here, I asked for a printed/digital estimate and after service documentation to be printed or digitized in email. These were not provided and no alternative means of communication were suggested. Tech issues happen but it is up to the service members to be trained to advise on alternatives. Additionally, I had paid for alignment which were "close" to nominal values. I did not go to a KIA Dealership for "close", an average tire store will get be "close", I expected professional service for the 140 $ charge for alignment. I walked out of this dealership unsatisfied and will likely not return.”
