It's such a pain having to deal with insurance and all that stuff, especially for the first time. Formula First made it easy and straightforward for someone who's never had this issue before. As an Audi owner, I'm happy I took it here. The work speaks for itself. Looks stunning, colour match is perfect, body lines are all back to new and an interior detail was a great touch when I came to pick it up. Note: My insurance company didn't have this shop listed as "preferred" but just tell them you want to go with Formula First and the insurance company will send an independent appraiser out to look at damage prior. For the extra couple of days it took to go to a "non-preferred" shop, it was well worth it.”
