“I hired Naylor’s for my kitchen remodel in the spring of 2023. Teagan helped make my vision come to life and offered her expertise to help get the most out of my small galley kitchen. I couldn’t be happier with the results. The delivery and install team were also very professional and kind. They asked for my opinion before they did anything and were prompt to fix anything I didn’t like. They also cleaned up after themselves each visit and that was very much appreciated. I plan to redo my laundry room within the next year or two and will be coming back to Naylor’s. Overall very happy with the service and product.”

“I called them 4 minutes before they closed, and spoke with Jerry, asking him if there was any way he can leave a pressure valve for me next door at the convenience store, and I would send my wife with money the next day to pay for it, as I had to work the next 3 days from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. and needed the pressure valve to be able to put the opening chemicals into my pool that night. He told me that that would be fine, and then I asked if there was any way I could leave the money for him and he said that I could just put it in the mail slot through the front door of the store when I arrived. He gave me a great price on the pressure gauge, but I left $20 in the mail slot as a thank you for his outstanding service. I have never even been in that store before, and I live in a different town, but Jerry did an outstanding job and I would definitely shop there again, and hopefully will one day get to meet Jerry and shake his hand and say thank you again for what he did.”

He really spent the time going over the information in the brochures and the details in the vehicles. He was really kind when checking in to see how the vehicle search was going. While I decided to not buy a vehicle at this time, I will definitely go back to VW when I am ready. “I cannot recommend this Dealership to get your vehicle serviced. The service experience was okay, at best. While I understand that technical issues can exist, they do not excuse that the information cannot be provided. The customer should be provided with options to help meet their requests. During my time here, I asked for a printed/digital estimate and after service documentation to be printed or digitized in email. These were not provided and no alternative means of communication were suggested. Tech issues happen but it is up to the service members to be trained to advise on alternatives. Additionally, I had paid for alignment which were "close" to nominal values. I did not go to a KIA Dealership for "close", an average tire store will get be "close", I expected professional service for the 140 $ charge for alignment. I walked out of this dealership unsatisfied and will likely not return.”
