Rod Lucier was more than professional, he loaded the traps, set them in the right places and did some extra work on the outside of house where rodents were getting inside. He even traced a gas smell under the stairs near our water unit and helped me look for gas leaks. This wasn’t even his responsibility but he felt the need to help out and made sure we were safe.
