“Customer Service done right! Every single interaction with Lodge staff was cordial. You are paying for your amenities but you know this going in and the convenience to tap your room key to purchase goods and services makes navigating the facility without a wallet a breeze!! Rooms are well and appropriately decorated, water park is well managed and organized. Even when there were lines to the water slides, they moved quickly and efficiently. In lieu of a travel vacation, this was excellent and even as travel becomes more possible, we will likely still routinely return to Great Wolf Lodge!”

“Really, really great pizza and I’m not really a pizza lover but if I am going to have it, this is the type I want to eat. We stayed at the Sheraton hotel and ordered delivery. It did take about an hour and a half to be delivered but that can be expected as they are busy. The pizza was absolutely delicious. We ordered the tray pizza with mozzarella, thin crust (default) size which was the perfect thickness as you want to taste the toppings and not feel like you’re eating a loaf of bread when eating pizza, and it was topped with the cup and char pepperoni which was a first for me and I’m so happy I tried it! It was crispy and had a little spice and a lot of flavour, really good pepperoni. The tomato sauce was also perfectly balanced with a hint of sweetness which you want in a great tomato sauce. The buffalo and honey garlic wings were crispy and not over dressed and were perfectly cooked. Also ordered a Cesar salad which was also delicious. When we come back to Niagara for a visit we will definitely order from this pizza place again. You can tell when a restaurant takes pride in the quality of the ingredients they use and how they cook the food. The girl who took my order over the phone was also very polite and easy to talk to which made the whole experience wonderful! Give this place a try if you want to have a quality pizza made with fresh and delicious ingredients.”

You have simply white walls, not a great sitting area, not a nice lighting, you have one piece of art - a portrait of a man, not sure who he is, I am sure he means something to you, but generally speaking it is not a great place for this portrait. “Beechwood is a fantastic place for a wedding! I’m an entertainer and have done several events at Beechwood and they’re always amazing! Rob and his staff are always welcoming and provide great service to everyone including the vendors! Specifically the wedding this past Saturday went very smooth.
