“Today i went to the Tim Hortons at victoria avenue, and i got wrong coffee and this location was on my way, went there and I asked to replace my coffee to one of the team member , i guess she was on training because she had training badge on, then she called her supervisor to handle my complaint and replacement. Supervisor her name was Mandip, i might wrong to spell her name, she was happy to replace my coffee that was really nice, she apologized for wrong coffee even she didn't do anything wrong about mine coffee. really impressed by the customer service.”

“We love twice the deal. Great value and the food is consistently delicious. Wait times will vary depending on the day of the week/ time of order but that is to be expected. They are always polite and friendly upon pickup. There wings are nice and saucy just the way we like them and they bake them so I feel a bit less guilty about eating them. “We stumbled upon Buried Treasure while searching for Better breakfast places in Niagara other than the usual Buffet Places or popular breakfast chains. The place is located on a short driving distance from the city centre but the drive is every penny worth. From being welcomed to the restaurant, to being seated and the order being taken, our server was very helpful and friendly. He made sure we had everything we needed in our food. The food when it arrived steaming hot to the table won my heart. I ordered for a Chicken Sandwich with the French Onion soup on the side and my husband went for an Omelette. Everything served on our plates was ridiculously delicious. The Sandwich was perfect by itself but the Onion soup was the best I ever had. The Omelette was fabulous served with the freshest crispy homemade potatoes( unlike the trashy fries served in most places). Unlimited coffee refills much needed for a Sunday Brunch. This place has the Best Brunch to cure your Saturday hangover.”

“Panera is a great restaurant and this location delivered on the quality expected. I gave it four stars because of the limited size and the limited parking. This location is about one third the size of a normal Panera, so be prepared that seating is limited. With the amount of offices around this location it seems to cater to the to-go orders instead of people dining-in. To accommodate the to-go portion they have about 10 parking spaces reserved up front. They’ve got the food preparation and to-go portion managed well, however, because of the limited seating people seem to walk around looking for a place to sit. Not a big deal because of how good the food is but just something to be aware of. During the warmer weather they accommodate for the limited seating with outdoor seating.”
