Highway 20 Self Storage

Now that I have I finished renting a storage unit in this facility I wanted to leave a second review. After working enough in the customer service and hospitality industry, I find it very important to acknowledge people for hard work and/or great products, as these things aren’t always easy to come by.

My experience here was phenomenal. This will be my go-to storage place in the future, as well as who I recommend to my friends and family who may require these services. Extremely clean, well-kept environment, great safety features (ie). double passwords that made me comfortable leaving my possessions here for an extended time while moving homes,) 24-hour gate access which was SO handy, reasonable pricing, and amazing, friendly customer service. You can tell the owners and fellow renters take pride in and have respect for the space; it’s spotless and was even shovelled really promptly.

Nice people. Reasonable costs

Can’t say enough wonderful things about Hwy 20 Self Storage. They took a lot of extra time to show units to my Grandson as I was in another Province, just so I could pre-rent the correct unit for our move, without having any worries for when we arrive in Ontario. Thank you so much!
