Spent a wonderful afternoon here with three friends celebrating my Birthday. The service and food were top notch. The smoked chicken salad was the best, could sit and eat a bowl of it with some crackers. Ian and Andrea were the perfect hostesses. A perfect way to celebrate a birthday and catch up with friends, will be back again. 🌟

Our first visit to Tea on 3 today was delightful! The smoked chicken sandwiches, cucumber sandwiches and especially the scones were delectable! Best homemade clotted cream! I had 2 pots of the Lavender Earl Grey Cream tea. Excellent!
