Pricing is way too high (I was paying $15 or so 8 years ago and now almost $30) HOWEVER I tried Great Clips in Fonthill recently and no difference ($1 less) and the cut wasn't good (thank god my hair grows back fast). The grass wasn't greener at Great Clips so don't waste your time; stick to First Choice in Welland.”

“I was blown away by the kindness shown at this store. They were very helpful to all customers and even put on a mask when they saw my son and I had ours on. It took us a while to pick out what we wanted and they were very patient with us. We saw them help customers carry items to their cars while we found our items. There was even a price mix-up and they gave us the lower price. The homemade dog cookies are also super cute! I'm definitely making a point to go here when I need pet supplies, I hope you'll check out this store too!”

“This place is such a gem and it's completely free. The docs allow swimming and there's usually scuba divers here too. There is a place where you can rent paddle boards and kayaks to enjoy the canal. Or you can just come down and fish. There is a skate park at the entrance and near the back there are Adirondack chairs under some beautiful trees close to the canal. There are 24-hour public washrooms. There is a walking/biking trail that is paved. I just can't say enough about this place. I've been doing the van life for the last 2 months. I started coming here a month ago and I stay overnight quite frequently and I've never had a problem. The people are friendly. The water is very clear and quite warm. Amazing place.”

Purchased a used vehicle and I live 5 hours away from Welland and I wanted to ensure everything was in good order. The salesman was friendly and welcoming, all questions were answered promptly via email or telephone and all concerns were addressed before I picked up the vehicle. No hidden fees, no getting the run around and jumping through hoops to come to a price. Extremely fair pricing when comparing what else was out there in the market. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle it was cleaner than described. I had an issue arise with the vehicle 2 months later and I called the dealer to address it expecting them to brush it off and take no responsibility. Boy was I ever surprised!!!
