Wonderful experience at the Endless Summer Villa! Very clean place, has everything you need to enjoy the stay. Very spacious, with a great garage as well. Mark is am amazing host and really goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need and are comfortable with your stay. Really great experience, would love to go back!

A wonderful vacation. From first contact, Mark was available for every stupid question I had and was very patient. We arrived to perfect weather, beautiful views and comfortable surroundings. The beds are really comfortable, the kitchen is very well stoked with every utensil/cookware you could need. The location is perfect between Rosarito and Puerta Nueva. We brought a lot of our food, but there is a Calimex Supermarket very close. We loved the pool, spa and sandy beach with palapuus' for shade. On the weekend we were treated to the most amazing fresh seafood for sale. Mussels, oysters, ceviche, fish tacos, shrimp tacos etc. Margaritas or smoothies. Lots of shopping for Mexican art near by. And we enjoyed the Surf Restaurant right across the street. And Mare (something). All I have to say, is we are going to be back. Everyone should go.

We Recently stayed in this amazing property and had a great time surfing and relaxing. This home has everything you will need to have an excellent vacation. There is plenty of well furnished room for you and your family. We will definitely be coming back.

Such a wonderful, relaxing trip. I came for a quiet writing retreat and it was very nice to be here. Travel to Mexico can be stressful and Mark at Las Gaviotas Rentals was very helpful at every step and quick to respond to any questions. Las Gaviotas has a beautiful pool and hot tub on the property with a nice boardwalk to stroll. It is a clean property and the unit was beautiful, spacious and well furnished. Beds were big and comfortable and bathrooms clean. The website and blog were helpful and the App was also helpful. I highly recommend a Las Gaviotas Vacation!

I loved staying at the Point Break Villa in Las Gaviotas. Las Gaviotas is so beautiful and peaceful. It has everything you need and want right there in the community for a great weekend. The Point Break Villa was very nice, spacey, authentic-ly decorated, and just what we wanted for our stay there. We stayed there as only a couple but it would be a great place for a group or family! We loved cooking in the big kitchen and relaxing on the couch after a day outside. It’s in the perfect location to the entrance/exit, pool and beach. Highly, highly recommend staying here! We can’t wait to go back.
