(June 9, 2023, 10:38 am)I happened to walk into this restaurant more by accident than deliberately... but I am appy I did. The reception and service were super friendly and helpful. There a few things I can't eat, so I had to be a bit picky, but the staff was very knowledgable there. And so it happened that I had some new tasty sensations. The spicy squid was nice to start with (though not so spicy), the spring roll (double packed) was very tasty, but wow... the tofu (was it?) with the century egg was so delicious, I could eat a bucket of it! Then some veggies in garlic sauce with plain rice... simple but good. I could have easily have more from the menu, but then I would've just exploded. I don't understand some of the negative reviews here... but I think some people have wrong expectations or they choose only what they know and just like to complain. Same as the service... it was excellent. So yes, I recommend! And if I'm ever in the area again, I'd happily come back...
(May 14, 2023, 8:10 pm)Golden Garden is a fantastic Chinese restaurant in Amsterdam with authentic food, great dim sum, and friendly staff. The owner is really nice, and the prices are unbeatable. Highly recommended!

(April 11, 2023, 4:10 am)Service was a bit slow for a Chinese restaurant. 😏 Some food came also way too late and not all together, we had to wait a long time for some vegetable dish, when it came we had already finished all the other food which we actually had to eat it with, not a lot of choice of dishes. Taste was also not the same as other better known Chinese restaurants in town.
(March 26, 2023, 9:56 am)Totally mind blown by the quality of the food! The roast duck was one of the best I ever ate. Once you order from their online platform, they serve you very quickly. The people in the restaurant are very friendly. The restaurant seating was very spacious and comfy. Definitely coming back again when I visit Amsterdam again 👍🏻
