“After being taken poorly in Cosmos Cafe in Basildon Town Centre on the 12th June a Fast Response Vehicle and a Paramedic Ambulance came to my aid. I was having a Seizure and Unaware of what was going on, however my mother who I was planning on having lunch with has since told me that not only did the Crew look after myself but they also made sure that my 82 year old was taken care off. They even made sure that my Mobility Scooter was moved into the Cafe so that it didn't get vandalised or stolen. They reassured my mother whilst taking me up to Casualty.. Just want to say a big thank you for all your help”

Now the whole family go and we feel like part of the family. The prices are very reasonable, especially for colouring and treatments. I never feel like they give the hard sell like in some salons as they have only made product recommendations if I've asked about something. My recommendation would be to treat yourself to one of their treatments, they make your hair feel so hydrated and gives it an amazing shine.”
