“These guys are amazing. Had my bike fit here (relatively minor adjustments but made a huge difference to my comfort on the bike). Also had a saddle fit - great to be able to try a range of saddles and choose one that suited my body. They also sorted out some problems I was having with my gears on short notice and now my bike feels like a dream to ride! Don’t bother looking elsewhere.”

Giant Crystal Palace

Address: 2a Anerley Hill, London SE19 2AA, UK

Bicycle store Store

“Excellent service throughout. From Tuesday when I went to talk to them about needing a new hybrid bike, through to Wednesday when I bought the bike. Very understanding and helpful staff . The store even has other facilities, such as spin aerobics, and even toilets for the public to use, if they give some sort of custom to the shop. One small drawback. There is a cafe on the premises, which, on the two occasions that I was there, was closed. Not too sure what on, but it looks like I was given a discount as well, to the sum of £13.97. Now, that is what I call customer service! The store was recommended by my brother - in - law. I definitely would recommend it to other people. E”
