“Would definitely recommend this cattery. I visited a few in the area and was the most impressed with Sereta. The owners are genuine cat lovers and really care about the welfare of the cats. They do not board a crazy number of cats so felt reassured that they would be able to keep track of them all and care for them. The booking process was easy in that I spoke to them over the phone and just booked online. Drop off and collection was super efficient and personal. My three year old came with me to drop off our cat and they were excellent with her in that they explained how everything worked and reassured her that she would be okay. Our cat stayed for 2.5 half weeks and she was happy and healthy when she came home. Whilst we were away I emailed a couple of times and they responded very quickly. The setting is also amongst trees and fields, it is very peaceful and quiet. We will definitely be using them again in the future. Thank you Sereta cattery!”
