Very child friendly and take request is you speak to them in advance of the day you wish to go. Our request was chocolate cake mmmm We are out of area otherwise we would be there a lot. Would make a perfect baby shower afternoon tea or hen lunch before a night out.”

“Visited this restaurant today, pleasantly surprised. the food while not wildly excellent was good. I did however consider the French Onion soup to be over priced for what it was, though it tasted excellent, if a little greasy. The service was excellent even though it was quite busy, the staff were friendly, even chatty. I would certainly visit again.”

“I bought a bag for the wife from the gunwharf quays initially, the bag was really nice and the wife loved it. Unfortunately a day of use led to the bag looking a mess. I called my local branch where staff stated that the bag from GWQ is not stocked, customer service advised I can ask for a refund. The wife was a little upset as she liked the bag. The staff at the Bluewater branch late in the evening were brilliant. They helped find a nice replacement in my budget and the wife was very happy. I believe the staff members were Tara and Shelley-Anne, they are a great investment to the company.”

“Went to this restaurant for the first time last week. Didn’t know it existed. I loved the food (steak and lobster) couldn’t fault any of of it! Chips were good portions and arrived piping, steak was cooked to perfection, lobster was a dream. I would say my husbands steak was a bit too fatty but mine was fine. The waitress was friendly and had excellent customer service even with a baby bump. This is my new favourite place.”
