(November 27, 2018, 3:47 am)I’ve never tried restorative yoga before but Nicholas class is absolutely wonderful. Nicholas takes you on a journey into deep relaxation with a voice like liquid gold using mats, bolsters and props all around a lovely roaring log burner... It’s the best tonic to a long day or a cold dark winters evening. You come out glowing, happy and full of energy.
(September 14, 2018, 9:40 am)I have recently completed yoga teacher training with Nick at the studio. The content is rich, the teaching is skilled and compassionate, we had a wonderful group of supportive peers that I now call friends and I would highly recommend the course to anyone wanting to deepen their own practice or begin a new career in teaching to help spread the yoga love.
(March 28, 2017, 5:26 am)Nicholas is a truly holistic yoga teacher. He unifies the mechanics and spirituality of yoga. His approach is thorough and accommodates for all needs from the beginner to advanced and from children to mature. Nicholas also has a deep knowledge of the asanas (poses) and utilises accessories when needed for the difficult positions. Added to all this he is a lovely person.
