Good size portions
(October 28, 2018, 3:56 pm)Very nice food, always seem to be busy, but on the downside slow at the bar and a bit lapse at clearing the tables of empty plates. But the food makes up for these minor faults. Will be back...
(September 9, 2018, 12:59 pm)We stopped off here after a lovely walk in the woods with our 2 children and puppy. They welcomed us all, including the dog and even brought him over some off cuts from the carvery. The food was delicious; generous portions for a very reasonable price. We had the carvery which was cooked to perfection with a vast selection of vegetables to choose from. The puddings were huge and went down a treat. We can't wait to visit again, it's a 30 minute drive from where we live but well worth it. Thank you to all the staff for a perfect end to an enjoyable day out.
