(November 18, 2018, 12:02 pm)Excellent nights stay at this hotel, Everything you would expect and more for the price, why use the so called cheaper options when you can get this sort of quality for a fraction more, Would definitely recommend if staying in the area. Rooms very comfortable, Good food and friendly attentive staff.

(September 30, 2018, 4:07 am)Absolutely stunning hotel. The staff there go above and beyond to help cater for your needs. After a disastrous start and booking another hotel which we found after a 6 hour drive to be unclean, mouldy and the door didn't lock. We went on the off chance to the best western and luckily we took the last room avaliable on the Brands hatch weekend. Michelle who was front of house couldn't do enough to help us. It was my partners birthday and she arranged a cake etc. Thank you so much for changing our nightmare journey into a really enjoyable stay. Would strongly recommend this hotel chain.
