“Nice place to leave your car for short/long trips. A bit inconvenient with the placing, but after a couple of tines you should get there really easy. Nice customer service with a smile on the face, even if it's 3 in the morning. Quick procedure with drop-off and pick up, and a quick bus to Gatwick. Thank you! Will definitely use again if needed.”

“The quality of the food I ate was very good. It all tastes like it had just been cooked. However, I don't think there was enough staff to sufficiently deal with service requirements. At least not front of house. I know I had a larger order, but I could see my products ready and there was no one to give me it because they were using the till. When someone did come and help, they started giving all the smaller orders (coffees) out but ignoring mine even though it was done. Server was polite and apologetic while I was being given my order.”

“Not a hugely regular visitor, maybe a couple of times a year, usually during busy holiday season, traveling with the family. On those occasions, has been remarkably hassle free, even very good. To be fair, I suppose Gatwick has decades of dealing with high volumes of low cost (charter) passengers, but it shows. -Dedicated family security channel (which is brilliant) -Plenty of places to sit -Clean and tidy -No set down charges (yet) Knocks spots off Stansted, I mean a different league. It's biggest issue is infrastructure and that single runway. It is more vulnerable than the less busy Stansted and Luton to delays. But there are definitely worse airports to be stuck at. Cough. Stansted. Cough. I'll start making an effort to choose Gatwick.”

“My favourite restaurant in Gatwick airport. I'm a frequent traveller and have been to a handful of restaurants in south terminal, this is definitely my favourites. Good, fresh quality food which is well seasoned. If you are super hungry, get the chicken (IT'S HUGE) and the salmon is really yummy! :)”

“Usual busy business hotel. Had car parking with overnight stay package for holiday. Good rooms. Quiet. Hand over the car key to at the dedicated counter and you are done. Easy walk to the terminal but Hilton is nearer. All food extra. Fairly expensive but can be precooked a bit cheaper.”

“When the entire airport is packed, here's where you go; the trick is to leave behind the crowdy central places behind and head towards gate 15, there you find a small Costa next to the boarding areas of the Vueling flights that go Paris.
