Armstrong fitness is a great gym with a good atmosphere and even better trainers! They offer multiple packages (group classes, personal training, youth classes, Zumba classes) which I love because you can choose which best fits you! Not only are the trainers present at the gym but they have a quick response time to any questions you may have about workouts, nutrition, etc. I also appreciate how welcoming they are, how comfortable they make you feel, and how motivating they are! You never have to worry about feeling self conscious due to the fact they make you feel right at home! I’m glad that I decided to step out of my comfort zone & join Armstrong Fitness! I cannot see myself being apart of any other gym!

The group classes at Armstrong Fitness & Nutrition are top notch! Together with Anthony and Brittany, I have been able to work toward reaching my fitness goals. They have worked with me, even in a group setting, toward understanding and reaching my fitness needs and goals, after losing a significant amount of weight post-gastric sleeve. The group classes are fun, efficient, and not at all intimidating. They are a great option for anyone, no matter what your current level of fitness looks like. Anthony and Brittany get to know you as more than just another client and work to find ways to help increase your results, whether you're looking to lose weight, increase endurance, build muscle, or just looking for an all around improvement in your physical fitness and health.

Anthony is amazing! He truly cares about his clients and is dedicated to their success. We are so glad we found him! If you are looking for a place that will support you and offer great training, this is it!!

This gym is one of the best by far I have ever been to. The encouragement you get every time you are there is so uplifting. Everyone there is so kind and they all are there to help each other succeed. I learned so much from starting this gym. Everything I thought I knew about fitness was so wrong. They also don't mind that I bring my kiddos and that is a HUGE plus for me since I never have a sitter. So thankful I found this place best money I spend every month. Definitely worth EVERY dime. I have never had a love for working out and becoming healthy like I do now.
