Johnson and Stephanie Hughes were very sympathetic, sensitive, organized, and detail oriented from the planning to the execution of services on the actual day of the funeral. Their timing was very precise and they did everything that was agreed upon. Their facility is immaculate. Their staff were always dressed professionally even when they picked up my dad's body from our home.Their staff gave us individual attention on the day of the service. Mrs. Odessa Johnson even gave words of comfort as she sat with us during the service and held my hand to assure me that I was not alone. The video tribute to my father by Johnson Memorial was breathtaking. It was like a short film movie. They did an amazing job customizing my father's obituary. They even called to check on us a couple days after the service.
