I contacted the number, the company sent me a coupon for a free meal in the mail. When I returned the next day to my local cookout. They gave me my entire meal for free and was very apologetic. I love there customer service and their food. Their prices are affordable and meals satisfying. Their shakes are the best! They are thick and made to order. GREAT JOB! cookout!”
