We were calling hotels sitting in our car at 3am when I came across country Inn and suites by Radisson in Hoover, Al. They were accepting cash and had no issue letting us check in at 4am. The guys at the front desk were very polite and treated us with such kindness. On the morning we had scheduled to check out, we had overslept an hour past check out time and the guy at the front desk called and was very nice and understanding so we need up staying another night with them. There was never a hint of rudeness from the staff. We absolutely love this hotel and this is the place we will come to when we need to get away again. We appreciate being treated so nicely.”
