I’ve used the website to schedule appointments both times and it is incredibly easy to do and the website is easy to navigate (and I sincerely appreciate being able to use their website to schedule appointments since I am hearing impaired). Mr. Appliance sends confirmation texts along with notifications that someone is on the way - great communication. Highly recommend Mr. Appliance services! As I’ve stated, I’ve used them twice before (washing machine and disposal) and will continue to use them in the future; they were knowledgeable, professional, very kind and polite, overall amazing people. Also really like the wide range of services they provide.”
