“I had a wonderful experience with Caitlin as my hair stylist. Due to the pandemic I honestly can't remember when I last had my hair cut; my hair was long and needed some help. Caitlin was very consultative as I described what I wanted for my hair. I appreciated her attention to detail and responsiveness. The salon itself was lovely and clean. Everyone wears a mask inside and washes their hands upon entry to minimize exposure. The salon did a good job of normalizing these safety measures. Highly recommend.”

I was disappointed we couldn't sit in the outdoor section. I guess everyone found out what we knew since it was added, you just can't beat the seating outdoors , especially if it's a cool or cold day outside. So... We had to sit inside, next to the fireplace. The food was good, our waitress was exceptional. She was not a robot and knew how to work the table to maximize our great experience, and her gratuity. Great job! She had a great smile.... You could see it in her eyes and hear it with her voice. (All the staff wore masks) Thank you, Firebirds, for giving us the same comfort as always, in a time when my wife and I needed it most.”

I have been an Episcopalian for over 40 years and whenever I have had the opportunity to go and meet another parish I look forward to the fellowship after the service to connect with them more. “I’ve been lucky to have never broken any bones or needed an orthopedic doctor. Unfortunately, my fourteen year old injured his shins in football practice and I mistakenly assumed his pain was a result of his inactivity and would fade. I remembered seeing the ad that OS1 opened in Hoover and was open on Saturdays. We arrived and were quickly seen by Dr. Chris Williams. I was very impressed with his thoroughness and time discussing my sons injury. Not only is Dr. Williams very knowledgeable but is an all-around genuine person. We followed his instructions and followed up with him over the 6-8 week period. It was the most positive “urgent care” visit I had experienced and believe that was due to Dr. Williams. Thank you!”

“This is probably my favorite Publix. I love the selection, especially the produce section. Customer service is always friendly, as well as the cashiers. Never have a problem here and they've never been out of anything on my list plus it's conveniently located - Hwy 150 to the left and 1-459 to the right. Definitely recommend this Publix.”
