The folks at Paul Mitchell Birmingham are so professional, so polite, so attentive to detail and they are dedicated to client satisfaction, and we've been getting our haircut there since 2018. I don't know that I can list every one there who has served us, so I will let you know of our most recent visit. Wednesday, 06/29/2022, Faith welcomed us and we signed in. Andrea S cut my brother's hair and she is so talented, professional, and nice. Alexa M cut my hair and she is also so talented, professional and nice too. And Debbie, one of the teachers, is also so talented, professional and nice too. Oh, and somehow, Alexa, Andrea, Faith, and Debbie all have such very attractive hand printing, like the sort of hand printing, perfect letters one might expect of an elementary school teacher, or an engineer. The folks at Paul Mitchell Birmingham deliver the kind of top quality service that just makes me and my brother feel good. “Wonderful place to take your child for a children’s haircut! They have the cutest setup to make this the best experience possible. The chairs are “cars” - my toddler loved it! Plus they have TV screens at each station where the child can watch their favorite children’s show while having their hair done. My toddler loved it! Cynthia is by far the most knowledgeable in her field. She was very professional, the office was extremely clean and very private. I haven't seen any hair return nor do I have any scarring like I did with the others. Cynthia is the ONLY electrolysis I will see going forward.”

“I had a wonderful experience with Caitlin as my hair stylist. Due to the pandemic I honestly can't remember when I last had my hair cut; my hair was long and needed some help. Caitlin was very consultative as I described what I wanted for my hair. I appreciated her attention to detail and responsiveness. The salon itself was lovely and clean. Everyone wears a mask inside and washes their hands upon entry to minimize exposure. The salon did a good job of normalizing these safety measures. Highly recommend.”
