One of my go-tos when I drop clients @ the Ritz, Montage, or anywhere in Laguna Beach off of Pac. Hwy. Easy access off of a busy Pac. Hwy., parking can be a little challenging depending on the drive-through line that snakes through it. They do have double drive-through lanes but one was out-or-order/closed on this day.

This neighborhood is growing and is such a wonderful and caring place to live. We are very happy to know of this place and would be happy to live here for a very long time. Highly recommend!!!!!!!!!
The older homes are beautiful and the new builds are exactly what someone willing and able to spend the money on one would want. The Trussville school district is fantastic. If you need a rental, KEEP YOUR EYES ON THIS NEIGHBORHOOD DAILY. They go in a DAY. If you're looking to purchase an existing home they also go in DAYS. New builds with basements are gorgeous and made to suit your needs.
