“So I joined in order to get fit, build strength, and hopefully correct all the pains I was having from just being lazy and out of shape (low back/shoulder). It’s been the ticket. Feeling great! The team there is amazing. Great teachers and they work with each member to help them scale exercises based on their individual abilities and limitations. I think the philosophy they have there shows and makes a difference. One thing I didn’t expect was nutritional coaching. I initially signed up just to see what it was all about. Nothing ground breaking at first but having someone work with you to tailor a diet plan that is both effective and achievable has been great! Ellie is super energetic and engaging and provides continual feedback based on your needs. I never realized how much a good diet could affect your energy levels during your workouts, and improve recovery time so that you are ready to go the next day! Thanks to Ellie for showing me the way. I highly recommend Laminin and if you have ever been curious about some nutritional coaching Ellie is the best. You’ll be surprised at the difference it makes!”

“I’ve been in here a couple of times now. And I’ve got to say that this is by far the best subway I’ve been too and received great service. I believe Ayleen is the young ladies name that I always ask to make my sand which when she’s there. Very polite and great personality you can right away tell off her energy that she’s not going to make your sandwich as fast as she can so she can go back on her phone. Would definitely give that young lady a raise!!”
