SaraBeth is a great coach and the weekly scheduled classes are perfect for helping with fitness, strength, and fun gymnastics skills. We do every event plus conditioning/training exercises. The class has excellent skill progression so you don't feel unsafe, there is excellent monitoring to prevent injuries, and it is very positive and encouraging environment. I look forward to class every week.”
