“Nice store and the owner is very helpful. This furniture is built to last. These pieces will be still be around and in antique stores in the future. With many of the vendors, it is possible to get new pieces made with custom alterations and a wide selection of finishes. Furniture from regional vendors are showcased in the showroom, but other furniture can be ordered from major manufacturers. From the moment you walk in, you can tell you are in some place different when you smell the aroma of real furniture made from real wood. Definitely worth visiting to see what you have been missing.”

“Last week my daughter and I were in a bad accident on I-65. Our car rolled and ended upside down. I had a concussion so I was kind of out of it the whole time, but I do remember the firemen from station 2 (I'm assuming) getting there in 3 minutes! They were very helpful, climbing into the car that was in a ditch to get our belongings out. Thank you, men! Your presence was calming to my daughter and you were very helpful and encouraging to us!”

I had no idea I was even a customer of Mr Buggs, until they apparently decided they needed to do a 612 dollar termite service on my home. Did I get a phone call prior to the service? No. Did I give them permission to do the service for the 612 price tag? No. What a business model.. Steer clear. Update** 9/8/2022 Spoke to the office manager of my local branch. She could not have been more helpful and explained that if I wanted to cancel my termite service through Mr Buggs that I would not owe anything on my bill.”

“My son is in 8th grade and started working out at Stille Academy in September of 2021. He was working to get stronger and faster for sports. He absolutely got stronger and faster, but I believe his confidence in himself grew even more. Simeon and Steven were fantastic coaches and my son really connected with them both. This gym is a positive influence on my son and it continues the teaching of scripture and love. I would highly recommend Stille Academy if you're looking for a place to work out for yourself or to send your children.”

“So delighted to find this place. These may well be the best tacos in Shelby County. We didn't have a single taco we didn't like. I recommend eating all of them with a generous amount of salt added. If we had to choose, our favorites were roughly ranked in this descending order: Taco Mexicano (steak, carmelized onions, and spicy peppers) Al Pastor (pork and pineapple) Barbacoa (just add a little salt and it is great, doesn't even need salsa) Choriqueso (mexican sausage and cheese) Suadero Campechano Pollo Buche Carnitas The food is very authentic, they have their Al Pastor on a vertical spit over the grill, etc. Each meat was super flavorful, and uniquely seasoned, which brought out the depth and character of each meat. This is rare to see at a taco truck, especially one with as large a taco variety as this one. The tacos are a bit expensive and they are small sized, but it tastes like they use quality ingredients. I typically eat three tacos, or four if I am really hungry. Their Pollo Quesadilla is excellent too, grande sized, well seasoned, and with a nice mild salsa. The medium green sauce is the least spicy, with the red and yellow-green salsas being the hottest. I don't say this lightly, but the green sauce is some of the best salsa verde I have ever had. My favorite is to eat one bite of that, then one bite of the yellow salsa mixed with the red salsa, and repeat. Amazingly good. Also, the meat and veggies on some of their tacos are good enough to not even need salsa, which is impressive. I will say that I think their tortillas could be a little better, but great tortillas are really hard to pull off at a taco truck, so I get it. Overall, I would say this is an outstanding taco truck for the area, and I am delighted they are here. I'll be back for more! 😋”
