“I had to hop on and praise Cynthia! She was our check out clerk and just bubbling over with kindness and sunshine. She was chatting with the guest in front of me like they were old friends, then treated me the same way. She happily gave my boys stickers and told me how precious and wonderful they were. She looked me in the eye and said warmly, "It's an honor and a privilege to serve you today," just because she 100% felt that way. She radiates gratitude and joy and Target is lucky to have her! “I'm choosing to edit my review. This time I'll be adding photos. My review will basically be the same. I love going to the store and walking around. My biggest complaint remains the same, self-checkouts. I think if anyone follows me they will find, I'm not a fan of self checkouts. You lose so much of the customer service experience with self checkouts. I know there's a bottom line businesses have to meet but again what's the cost. Some of these are blurry. It's hard to take pictures in a department store without people looking at you kind of funny. There might even be a couple of duplicated photos because I took so many.”

The power went out for a minute so to a Storm that came through and made the register go down and the people shopping there at time where so rude and impatient with the employees. I was very impressed with the Manager and employees they work with each other to find a solution to help customer's until all the register's came back up.”
