“Our mom passed away in August 19 and we used Valhalla for her service. Jason Bedford and his team were absolutely amazing. We really didn’t know what we were doing bec our mom had always been with us for things like that but Jason walked us through it all. Explained insurance procedures and went above and beyond to make sure our mother’s service was perfect. I pray none of you have to deal with this type of thing any time soon but if you do I would highly recommend giving Valhalla some consideration”

“Do not understand the bad reviews. Clean, new almost state of the art facility with some of the nicest check in people I have met. Dr. Par is also highly personable and very intelligent and doesn't waste your time like some other places I have been. The nurses could stand a few lessons in the human touch as most of them had the personality of a soggy piece of bread. I am a bit unorthodox as a patient sure because I study and know my stuff. I also have no time for control freak nurses who won't let you go for a smoke when all you are doing is waiting on a CT report and are otherwise perfectly fine and ambulatory. Otherwise would have given 5/5. Nice place would recommend. Don't go to ER's for drug seeking behavior!”

When families are at their most vulnerable, it is at these time that a gentle, kind, and caring person becomes so important. When my father passed away, Ms. May and the rest of the staff treated our family with respect and they worked very hard to help guide us through the most difficult time of my mother's life. They did not try to push us to purchase things nor try to play on our grief, but instead they listened to what mattered the most to us and then helped us to achieve those goals. Even though the funeral home was extremely busy and Ms. May probably had about 100 other things on her "to-do" list, she never rushed us or made us feel like we were bothering her. “Johnson Memorial Funeral Directors served my family well in planning my father's funeral on July 6, 2019. Howard G. Johnson and Stephanie Hughes were very sympathetic, sensitive, organized, and detail oriented from the planning to the execution of services on the actual day of the funeral. Their timing was very precise and they did everything that was agreed upon. Their facility is immaculate. Their staff were always dressed professionally even when they picked up my dad's body from our home.Their staff gave us individual attention on the day of the service. Mrs. Odessa Johnson even gave words of comfort as she sat with us during the service and held my hand to assure me that I was not alone. The video tribute to my father by Johnson Memorial was breathtaking. It was like a short film movie. They did an amazing job customizing my father's obituary. They even called to check on us a couple days after the service. I highly recommend Johnson Memorial Funeral Directors because they are professional, caring, and provide the utmost service and respect. We didn't have to lift a finger to do anything. Losing my mom just 8 months ago, I wish we had used Johnson Memorial Funeral Directors for her service.”

“We lost our 23 yr old to cancer. From the moment we walked in to check prices and the facilities, we were treated with the up most care and honesty. They were very patient with our many questions. He had lost so much weight and was so skinny. We were so pleased that was not the final memory we had of him. Extra attention was performed for his appearance. We are most grateful for this. We had a larger crowd then we anticipated with small children. Hospitality was extended to us in every way. His services were executed with precision, including the graveside ceremony. He was a member of several car clubs. His friends were allowed to drive their cars there and pay homage to his memory. If and when we need funeral services again, Patterson's will be where we go. I truly would recommend Patterson's to anyone who have the need.”
