“Jessica is an absolute great trainer and her personality makes it even better. I started training with Jess to get in shape to play at the collegiate D1 level in volleyball. I play at TCU on there volleyball team. In order for me to be in the best shape possible I depended on Jess to make that happen. She is very good with understanding your body and the type of training that needs to be done. Jess will push you when times get harder, and she also is not afraid to compete with you.
