“We've tried Joe's Italian and it was amazing. We just discovered this location, owned by the same family. My wife started with the tomato basil soup and I got the salad, both were great. We both got the Keto lasagna and it was absolutely delicious. They use eggplant to replace the lasagna noodles and it was just right. I don't frequent many Italian restaurants because I'm trying to avoid carbs, but I didn't miss a beat with this dish. I splurged and ate 4 or 5 pieces of their bread with oil. It was worth every single carb 😂 We also split a piece of strawberry cheesecake that was awesome as well. We'll be adding this to our places to revisit when in the area. Kudos to the staff. Very friendly and attentive.”

Today, while preparing our food, the manager was talking to her crew. She said to one young man, "You look tired", to which that boss replied, "I am, but I'm here to work!". He said it with a smile. Close to UAB medical facilities and school. Not much parking but an easy access location. Generous portions.
