“I have been doing CrossFit at Redox for almost 2 yrs. Am 62 years old and recently broke my ankle in 3 places requiring surgery (DID NOT BREAK DOING CROSSFIT!) I am aiming to recover and return to CrossFit. There is not a motion I have to do in my life now on crutches and scooter that I am not aware of, and thankful for the benefits of CrossFit.
