“It is all about the instructors and flow in the classes for me. I am motivated by good music greatly choreographed to the workouts. Stephanie’s yoga classes are the best pf both! The membership is worth it to me just to have this perfect yoga experience twice a week! The Power class and Centurgy are my other two must haves, but sadly, this year I am not valuing the choice of music tracts picked, nor are the workouts flowing well or in tune with the music, and sometime too loud. I would love to help with the music, or just talk to Stephanie, to help these two classes get up to par as they used to be.”

I had the best experience and then the best outcome one could hope for. I had RFA done in my lumbar area, without sedation, but with nice conversation, good music, great care, and for the first time in a very long time I am pain free. I feel unburdened. “They carry a great local line of baked goods here, Red’s, with everything from muffins to donuts to chose from. Many gluten free options as well. They also have a really nice breakfast and lunch menu that will satisfy any craving. The coffee is really good. If you are waiting for carry out or if you aren’t terribly hungry but want to support a wonderful local business, you can also stop in to browse the gift items they carry. They have quite a few unique items, including several gourmet food lines. Many of which are local as well. Of course, the staff are extremely helpful, which is never surprising in a place where they know customers by name.”
