(August 29, 2020, 5:25 pm)I think this is the first time that at some point during a transaction the sales staff didn’t annoy me. Daniel was great to deal with: clear and polite communication, returned calls promptly with answers to our questions, no other typical sales pitches. They made the transaction easy, in and out in less than an hour
(July 7, 2020, 12:56 pm)This was the first time I’ve bought from a used car dealer and had some hesitation because of the ‘used car lot stigma’. However, I worked with Daniel and he was very relaxed and made me more comfortable than the high pressure salesmen at the new car dealerships. It’s a used car lot. They sell USED cars so don’t expect everything to be perfect. Daniel was honest about what was right and what was wrong with the car and gave me a deal that *I* offered, not one I was pressured into. Great experience overall. They don’t have the facilities to detail the car before you drive off the lot but they did make an effort to remove some sticky leaf residue from the trunk and give it a quick wash. Give them a chance and ask for Daniel!

(March 10, 2019, 11:49 pm)They were the third dealership I went to yesterday. I drove 3 of the same model vehicle, with different trim levels. We worked with Jared. The whole experience at AKBestchoice was smooth. I met and chatted with Mitch as well. The whole team is great to work with.
The two corporate places I went to before hand were not horrible, it just wasn’t the right fit.
They worked with me at AKbest right off the bat with no beating around the bush. I’m stoked that we were able to close the deal so fast and so flawless.
I will definitely check with them first when I’m in the market for another vehicle in the future.
