Eagleglen Fitness Park

Great running and cross country ski trails. Not very bike friendly unless you have a fat tire bike because of all the gravel. Make sure to bring bear spray and stay moose aware. A lot of wildlife on the trails. It's easy to get lost and turned around so drop a pin at the entrance to ensure you head back the right way. The trail maps can be a bit confusing because their seems to be more trails than shown on the maps.

Favorite place to go walking on base. Be wary of bears and moose, though. I'd like to see a better effort in maintenance over there... what a shame to watch such a beautiful place fall apart... haven't been since 2018 earthquake.

I take my roomates dog running here at least twice a week

Trails are usually in good condition in the appropriate months. A good spot for a run. Watch out for bears!

Very quiet place to go for a walk with the family. Could benefit from increased maintenance, BBQ/picnic spots, and park/outdoor related fitness equipment.
