Rachelle is so talented and sweet! She’s also super passionate about what she does! I have been seeing her for almost a year now after another local salon completely butchered my natural lashes after a lash lift (they were folding back into my lids and FALLING OUT, a nightmare!). I was scared to ever get another lash lift again but I’m so happy I found Rachelle!! My lash lifts from her are always perfect (I get compliments!), last FOREVER and her studio is so relaxing!! I also highly recommend the tension tamer, comes with a lil massage! So relaxing and a perfect touch after a busy day or week. Thank you Rachelle, you’re amazing!!!!

Today I had my first facial and I really did not know what to expect.. Rachelle was AMAZING, it felt like 45 minutes of heaven. She made sure I was super comfortable and well relaxed. If you need a 45 minute getaway and want glowing skin (or she has one for 90 minutes too) Go book your appointment. I will be definitely going back.

I am a new mom and the other day I received my very first facial ever by Rachelle at LIT in the Ink and Alchemy location. Let me just start out by saying "HOW HAVE I NEVER DONE THIS BEFORE!?" Rachelle has such a calming presence. Her space felt clean and everything was aesthetically pleasing. I felt so relaxed there and having no idea a facial included a massage, it was hard not to drift into a tranquil sleep! I was literally choking back tears as I felt her taking all my stress away. This woman is genuinely gifted with her hands, and being that there's virtually no time to take care of my face these days it was so nice that she knew exactly what my skin needed as I suffer from red blotchy patches and mild to moderate acne. I just can't say enough how everything about this experience was just what the doctor ordered. I left there feeling/looking like a new woman. A new mom! I highly recommend Rachelle. There's no need to go anywhere else.
