After over 14 spinal surgeries Ms. Shannon has helped me to move my head and neck again without pain. Ms. Shannon is a true professional and knows the physiology of the human body, and applies this knowledge in all her massage techniques. I highly recommend Body Madix and miss Shannon 100%.

left each session feeling and moving better. Shannon does not give relaxing massages, she applies healing therapy to areas you had no idea needed help and fixes the pain. Shannon is by far one of the best massage therapists who has worked on me. Truly a therapeutic “you know you’ve been helped” - as she calls it not a “fluff and buff” massage. I have been to at least 20 different massage therapists in 40 years. She is very thorough efficient & finds the spot you want to cry uncle but she gets those sore muscles worked out. She also spends time with you afterwards to show you stretches to use. 🤗👍🏻‼️
